About Us

Students in class

International Business School of Geneva (IBSG) was created with a simple idea: professional education should work the way people actually live and learn today. Since 2021 - when the world was locked down and traditional education models were forced to change - we have operated as a fully online, mostly self-directed business school. Our approach is different from old, expensive, and time-consuming systems that rely on rigid schedules and physical classrooms.

Our Approach

We believe motivated people do not need pressure to learn - they need trust and flexibility. That is why our programs allow learners to revisit material and continue their studies without financial penalties for second or third attempts. Over 90% of our learners complete the program within 2 to 5 months, depending on their pace and availability. Our model is not built on control or punishment, but on personal responsibility and progress. This approach allows us to keep tuition affordable, terms flexible, and learning focused on real outcomes rather than formal restrictions.

We design education for adults who take responsibility for their learning. IBSG delivers professional MBA programs built for motivated learners seeking flexibility, clarity, and real-world relevance.

Accreditation

Our MBA programs are accredited and recognized by respected international and Swiss educational bodies. Through accredited programs and partnerships with respected global organizations, the school delivers a high standard of education while preparing students for successful careers. Students benefit from a supportive learning environment, practical knowledge, and strong professional opportunities.

Our Team

IBSG brings together an international team of professionals with experience across business, education, and applied learning. Our team shares a common belief that professional education must adapt to the realities of today’s world and the way people actually learn.

Together, our team represents a new era of education - global, accessible, and built on trust in the learner’s motivation and responsibility.

Coat of Arms

Our coat of arms reflects the values on which IBSG was built. The open book symbolizes knowledge, learning, and intellectual discipline, while the laurel branches represent achievement, progress, and personal growth. Together, they express our belief that education is earned through effort, commitment, and responsibility.

The Latin words on the book - Sci, Sap, Ver, Doc, Vir, and Ord - represent core principles of learning and professional conduct: knowledge, wisdom, truth, teaching, integrity, and order. These concepts reflect our belief that education should be clear, honest, structured, and driven by purpose rather than rigid control.

The shield form connects our modern approach to a long tradition of academic institutions, balancing respect for knowledge with flexibility and forward thinking. Our coat of arms is not a claim of prestige, but a symbol of purpose - learning grounded in clarity, discipline, and trust in the individual.
