Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the enrolment and participation in the MBA programme operated by International Business School of Geneva.
International Business School of Geneva is responsible for the administration, operation, and delivery of the online MBA programme. Certification is issued by International Business School of Geneva upon successful completion of the programme requirements.
1. Services
International Business School of Geneva provides fully online MBA programmes.
Each MBA programme consists of three (3) academic semesters and is delivered entirely online.
Students may enrol at any time and progress through the programme at their own pace.
2. Payment Structure
Upon signing the agreement, students are required to pay the tuition fee for the first semester.
After successful completion of the first semester, students may proceed to the second semester upon payment of the applicable semester fee. The same structure applies to the third semester.
Access to the learning materials for each semester is granted only after payment for that semester has been received.
All semester payments are final and non-refundable.
3. Programme Flexibility
There are no fixed schedules. Students may begin the programme at any time and may pause their studies.
Progression to the next semester occurs once the current semester has been successfully completed and the corresponding semester fee has been paid.
4. Access to Learning Materials
Access to online learning materials and programme resources is granted only during active enrolment in a paid semester.
Upon completion of a semester, pause of studies, or termination of enrolment, access to the relevant semester materials may be restricted or removed.
All programme materials remain the intellectual property of International Business School of Geneva and may not be copied, distributed, shared, reproduced, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
5. Academic Outcome
International Business School of Geneva guarantees the award of the MBA qualification upon successful completion of all three semesters and the passing of the required examinations for each semester.
This guarantee applies exclusively to the academic certification issued upon fulfilment of all academic requirements of the programme. International Business School of Geneva does not guarantee employment, business performance, financial results, salary increases, or any specific career advancement.
6. Programme Modifications
International Business School of Geneva reserves the right to update, modify, improve, or adjust the structure, content, assessment methods, learning materials, or digital platform of the MBA programme at any time, provided that the academic standard of the programme is maintained.
Such modifications shall not entitle students to refunds or compensation.
7. Academic Integrity and Termination
Students must comply with principles of academic honesty, professional conduct, and respectful behaviour.
International Business School of Geneva reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a student’s participation in the programme, without refund, in cases including but not limited to:
Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or examination misconduct
Fraud or misrepresentation
Unlawful conduct
Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour
Unauthorised distribution or commercial use of programme materials
In the event of termination, access to the programme may be revoked immediately and the student shall not be entitled to certification.
8. Certification
Upon successful completion of all three semesters and passing the required examinations, certification is issued by International Business School of Geneva.
9. Online Delivery and Technical Responsibility
The MBA programme is delivered fully online.
Students are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access, appropriate technical equipment, and the necessary digital skills required to participate in the programme.
International Business School of Geneva shall not be liable for interruptions or inability to participate caused by the student’s technical issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
