REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy
IBSG Limited, operating under the International Business School of Geneva brand, is committed to providing fair and transparent refund practices for students enrolled in its online MBA programmes.
2. Cooling-Off Period
Students may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of their initial payment, provided that they have not accessed, downloaded, viewed, or otherwise used any learning materials, course content, assessments, or programme resources.
3. Access to Programme Materials
By accessing any learning materials, course content, assessments, videos, documents, or other programme resources, the student acknowledges that digital educational services have commenced.
Once access to the relevant semester's learning materials has been granted and used, the tuition fee for that semester becomes non-refundable.
4. Subsequent Semester Payments
Each semester is purchased separately.
Payments made for a semester may be refunded only if access to that semester's learning materials has not been granted or used.
Once access to the semester's materials has been provided and used, the tuition fee for that semester becomes non-refundable.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
IBSG Limited may, at its sole discretion, consider partial refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances, including documented medical emergencies, serious personal hardship, or other circumstances deemed appropriate by IBSG Limited.
Any such decision shall be made on a case-by-case basis and shall not create a precedent for future refund requests.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Students agree to contact IBSG Limited before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that reasonable efforts may be made to resolve the matter.
IBSG Limited reserves the right to provide enrolment records, access logs, payment records, correspondence, and evidence of course access or participation in response to any chargeback or payment dispute.
